Yesterday I got to attend the third grade field trip with Chase and his classmates. We went to one of the local high schools to see a play called Folktales Too! It was a story about a little girl named Kimberly Kay who goes to the attic in her family home and there she makes up a wonderful story about a king, princess, an Indian, many country folk and others. It was a cute show. Afterward we went to the local park for lunch. The kids enjoyed being out in the nice weather by playing a quick game of pick-up soccer while we were there.

That sounds like a lot of fun. I love field trips as a kid. We went all over Los Angeles and it was so much fun. Good for you for going with Chase. Parent-Child bonding at its finest! :)
